The weekly adherence chart is designed to aid the development of correct nutritional recommendation based on hormonal signals and realistic compliance to planed layout.

Only through this evaluation will we be able to see where you could improve macronutrient intake to optimized fat loss, performance, health and general well-being. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that this form be filled in every week and returned to your trainer (Justin Maguire) for evaluation.

Be completely honest as the only way you will achieve the best possible outcome on a training and dietary program is through constant manipulation and use of different nutritional and training methods. Therefore, if you are struggling to adhere to a plan the plan could be wrong for you and it may need to change, but this can only be evaluated through your interaction with the program.
